Michael Parrott has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at NIWA, the National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research. His recent roles include Head of Trading Risk Management, at Westpac Institutional Bank, CFO at TOWER Investments and, most recently, Senior Commercial Manager at TOWER. He was attracted to the NIWA position because of the company’s critical role in enhancing the economic value and sustainable management of New Zealand’s natural resources.
