When we learned of the accident we delayed this.

This report was sent to John Key, Simon Power, Sean Hughes (FMA) The Registrar of Companies, and Adam Feely (SFO) on August 26th.

They were given the opportunity to respond by 3pm yesterday and meet and discuss the report with Kerry Grass and 2-3 investors

Kerry Grass has investigated the regulatory process involved in the Statutory Management on behalf of Investors and Supporters of Stand by Hubbard.
