Following service issues on our XT network Wednesday, a number of cell sites in areas in the lower South Island, including Dunedin, Invercargill, Timaru and Queenstown are still affected, resulting in a loss of XT service those areas.

We apologise for the inconvenience. 97 % of XT network sites across New Zealand are now fully operational.

Telecom network engineers are continuing work on the XT mobile network today and this has our full focus. This message was updated Friday 29th Jan 9:23am
